Getting hands-on experience managing technology, legal issues, products, and customer support. With a company providing web hosting services including webspace, domains, e-mails, with a high level of customer autonomy to manage her account with a Web Hosting Control Panel.

At the top, we had about 70 customers including some non-private accounts.

Technology: managed server infrastructure, Linux operating systems, Apache HTTP, Confixx control panel, HTML, PHP, DNS, SMTP/Pop3.

The steps were volunteering as a team of three school friends to manage the computer room of our school, building and maintaining the school website, and then founding the web hosting company "1wh GbR". As we did not attain full age at that time this included our parents documenting their approval at guardianship court. To concentrate on the qualification for university entrance we stopped business operations 13 months after the official launch.
